This website is the official one from Funimation explaining their efforts to create another season of the show.
Considering it takes 3-5years to develop and produce a show of this level, I doubt it is being released this winter.
If there has been anything going on with it, it may begin production this winter, but it shouldn't be released that soon.
I'm sure this site will keep you updated. I was one of the people that participated in the crane campaign, and that was about 2 years ago.
If you find out otherwise, please let me know, but I usually stay on top of these for my own personal reasons.

No I don't think there will be another season. The mangaka himself already announced that he won't make another one.
