Why do most of their lead singers sound like a teenage boy entering puberty? It's not all of them but, a good majority. I just can't stand the new whiney rock. I just want to know when and how it became popular.

With it being such a popular anime with so many loose ends, they have to make it some time right?
I know the manga had an open ending, but considering how different the two are, wouldn't the anime at least try to end it properly?
Also, the OVA is NOT the third season.
