It isn't really fair of me to answer this question because at the moment, I am not working outside the home. But I have worked full-time in the past, for many years, so I do know what you're talking about.
For me, I think the problem was partly the nagging sense of being overwhelmed. I felt like Alice in "Through the Looking Glass"--running as fast as I could to stay in place. I also felt like the 3 rebels (Han Solo, Luke, & Leia) in the Star Wars movie scene where they are trapped in a garbage disposal room & are trying to get on top of the garbage so they won't be crushed.
In the U.S. our lives tend to be too filled with activity and stuff, squeezing out time for relationships with God and other people. I've read a lot of books on simplifying one's life. I still have a long way to go in learning to better manage my life and my time, but I have grown a great deal in this area.
I suggest reading "Margin" by Richard Swenson. The book makes a lot of sense. It is easier to enjoy work, and life, when your workload is manageable & balanced--or at least more so!

No it's not hard for me because I work seven days a week. Monday is just like any other day. That is what happens when you are in the restaurant business. It's fun, but I don't recommend it unless you are willing to work at least 100 hours a week.

No, not really.
My secret is joy in the Lord, another grand day to go out and learn, laugh, love.
That and I love my work, love my coworker (my husband), love our clients (the absolute best in the world) and love setting out being a living epistle of the Word of God, in His love and for His mission to overcome evil with good!
Oh, and I am a morning person usually waking up at 4:00-4:30 excited about a new day!

It's not for me because I found out something in life is that if you go out and work the day you'll feel better, those who fear the day working them are the ones who have a hard time, so you work it don't let it work you. Be happy and content in what ever you do.

I don't have any classes on Monday so it's an "ease into things" day, Sunday is much busier with church and that. It's all about the schedule.

Yes.Especially after you come back from vacation.
Just knowing anything can happen on that day doesn't help either.
