The Living Tribunal is the strongest thing in the Marvel universe that has been shown. And even it was weaker than Thanos at one point.

The One-Above-All is a fictional character referred to in the Guardians of the Galaxy comic books published by Marvel Comics. It is considered to be the supreme cosmic entity in the Marvel Universe cosmology; above all pantheons of gods, cosmic entities and even the Living Tribunal.

After having read your link this "One Above All" being sounds kinda bogus...That would be sorta like the DC writers suddenly deciding that Duo Damsel is now the most powerful being in the LOSH..Stand aside Mon-el and Superboy...What if 1 or 2 of the writers decides he can whoop Thanos and The Hulk all by themselves?..Of course, the writers CAN do anything but I think they would lose all credibility if they did so.

There are a lot of characters in the Marvel Universe who are said to be omnipotent, since they're all omnipotent, I guess they're all equal. Just to name a few:
-Silver Surfer
-Galactus
-Thanos
-Death (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_%28Marvel_Comics%29)
-Apocalypse
-The Celestials (they visited Earth eons ago, and implanted a gene in humans that resulted in mutants in the present day, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celestial_%28comics%29)
-Onslaught
-The Hulk (Ok, so he's not omnipotent, but he was once strong enought tear apart Onlausht's armor)
-Franklin Richards (son of Mr. Fantastic)
-Scarlet Witch
-The Beyonder
-Adam Warlock
-The Phoenix Force
-Captain Universe (and the Uni-Power,http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Captain_Universe)
-Shuma-Gorath
But I guess the highest of the high in the Marvel Universe is The One-Above-All

You asked about strength, not necessarily power. So I will answer based on physical strength.
I don't know what the latest incarnation of The Hulk is like, but I know that the classic depiction of The Hulk's strength is linked to how much his anger grows. Since there is no real limit to how angry the Hulk can get, there is no limit to how strong he can get.
Theoretically, The Hulk's strength is therefore limitless.

It's just the Sentinel...Nothing or no one can stop him. Read World War Hulk out right now or anything about him for that matter. There is no discussion afterwards.
