Job #1: Your dream job.
Pros: You really enjoy it, and it is something you have wanted for pretty much your entire life.
You never thought you would be in the position to have this dream job, but you are.
You love doing it and would do it for free if you had to.
You feel it is the only thing you are any good and and you love it immensly.
Cons: You don't know if it will work out. You don't make much money, and you don't really have any benenfits such as insurance or retirement.

Job # 2: The Safe Job.
Pros: You know you will always be able to do it. You will always have a steady income that is very well. You get benefits such as health insurance, a retirement, and it really doesn't seem like that hard of a job. In fact, its a pretty cush job.
Cons: You probably wouldn't be very good at it as it involves doing things you are not very good. You probably wouldn't like it very much. It seems to you to be boring and unexciting.

But I am at college and I have started feeling sick. Mostly dizzy, i think i have a slight fever, and my throat hurts a little. I woke up at 4am and felt nasaueous. when i went to throw up in the trash can, i threw up what appeared to be blood. Any idea why this would be?
