Aaaaaaaaah a shower curtain is the the most annoying thing! Its all cold and it wraps itself around my legs making the shower half the size!! Its such a pain in the butt! Anyone agree?!

I'm happy because so many blessings have come into my life... like finally finding myself, moving to a wonderful town where I feel at home, learning to trust people again, and regaining my faith.

Also, the most precious animals seem to grace my property (bunnies, squirrels, many, many beautiful birds!), and they REALLY brighten my life!

I use a mosquito net to sleep at night, don't go most nights, stay in after 6pm. (Mosquitoes can't come in if I don't open the doors.) Screened windows. Sometimes I zap them with bug spray.
(Gambia here, where Malaria is a high risk.)

Ok this is an age old debate between my friends. Rules are A. you are in a sterile enviorment (72 degrees, dry, no sticks, rocks, guns, knives.) B. The wolf is alone. C. Don't try to expain to me that wolves are pack animals I know this is supposed to be about strength and is a hypothetical situation(obviously).
My roommates think that they could easily kill it. I believe this is a delusion of granduer and that the wolf (being a wild animal) would simply maul your face off and enjoy you as a vicotory snack. Let me know what you think. Explain your reasoning. Show your work?

tyra thinks she is all that. when in fact, she's not. she's trying soo hard to be Oprah. her show is just a poor second to Oprah's. i hate her. i loved her at first. but after a few weeks of watching her show, i realized that she's not a good host at all. she intimidates her guests and instead of listening to them., she scolds them and gives 'em a piece of her mind. who wants to know what she thinks anyway?she's just a model. that's all she ever will be. she doesn't have a college degree,unlike Oprah. she is so accusing and thinks she knows everything. hell, she's just doing this just because she is getting fat and nobody wants her to be a model anymore. even victoria's secret,which she constantly boasts about. and oh yeah, i thinks she's arrogant and self-absorbed. she thinks her achievements are so wonderful. yeah,yeah. it's nice being a model and all but it's practically a profession for people who want to flaunt what they've got and make people feel sorry about themselves coz they

1) I will have a cup of coffee in the morning and read my PAPER newspaper like I used to, before the Web.

2) I will eat breakfast with a knife and fork and not with one hand typing.

3) I will get dressed before noon.

4) I will make an attempt to clean the house, wash clothes, and plan dinner before even thinking of the Web.

5) I will sit down and write a letter to those unfortunate few friends and family that are Web-deprived.

6) I will call someone on the phone who I cannot contact via the Web.

7) I will read a book... if I still remember how.

8) I will listen to those around me about their needs and stop telling them to turn the TV down so I can hear the music on the Web.

9) I will not be tempted during TV commercials to check for email.

10) I will try and get out of the house at least once a week, if it is necessary or not.

11) I will remember that my bank is not forgiving if I forget to balance my checkbook because I was too busy on the Web.

12) Last, but not least, I will remember that I must go to bed sometime... and the Web will always be there tomorrow!
