tyra thinks she is all that. when in fact, she's not. she's trying soo hard to be Oprah. her show is just a poor second to Oprah's. i hate her. i loved her at first. but after a few weeks of watching her show, i realized that she's not a good host at all. she intimidates her guests and instead of listening to them., she scolds them and gives 'em a piece of her mind. who wants to know what she thinks anyway?she's just a model. that's all she ever will be. she doesn't have a college degree,unlike Oprah. she is so accusing and thinks she knows everything. hell, she's just doing this just because she is getting fat and nobody wants her to be a model anymore. even victoria's secret,which she constantly boasts about. and oh yeah, i thinks she's arrogant and self-absorbed. she thinks her achievements are so wonderful. yeah,yeah. it's nice being a model and all but it's practically a profession for people who want to flaunt what they've got and make people feel sorry about themselves coz they

she makes me sick if she wasn't a hasbeen model she wouldn't even have a show, plus the other show she does about the next model, watch that if you want a laugh, she is phony and stuck on herself, she is not all that without the makeup and hair, like so many of them. i totally agree with you. i hope they cancel her, but i'm sure she has her fanbase of phonies to keep her going.

I SO don't agree with you....!! OR your silly comments and thoughts.
i think you may have some issues that you should take care of (and soon)...
I don't think she is trying to be like Oprah or any other TV Host.... i don't think she is rude to her guest. And i like that she speaks her mind..that's not being rude, that's being HONEST!
If that offends you....it's really easy sweetheart. CHANGE the channel !!!!
I think her topics and discussions are everyday issues that need to be addressed.
AND by the way not having a college degree doesn't mean she's less intelligent than "Oprah" or anyone else with a college degree...SORRY but that's just ignorance coming from you. Whoever thinks Tyra sucks is stupid some people are so hateful. Just because she a model means her brain is small? She can sing, dance, act and host a damn good show!What the hell? Tyra isn't trying to be Oprah, no one can be Oprah! No on can be Tyra either. She has helped so many people and gotten their life back on track. She is the best at what she does no doubt about it and she didn't let people like you hold her back that's why she's where she is today. You all talk but you suck when she out becoming more and more successful everyday while ya'll are at home in front of a computer talking sbout what she did and what she didn't do. look, Tyra has a small brain, from her view what ever she is doing is great. Although she is trying to help people , the problem is that the amount of knowledge she holds is small. Like she can never express herself properly, she doesn't know what topic is good for her show. She tries hard but the her EGO forces not to ask for help from other people. She wants to show that she is smart , but at the end we discover that Oh my God ! she got a brain as small as of a rat. she needs to get more education, not on modeling but on things like programming, computers, health, medicine, music, the 100$ laptop idea for poor children and stuff like that. How can she help anybody else when she can't help herself. She needs more knowlesge thats all....

God, Oprah and Tyra are both megalomaniacs who feed off of women who lack intelligence.
Oh, and to respond to the comment "Oprah would never do a Maury type show"..you must be young, when Oprah began all her shows were like Maury's. She still exploits people today, she just has a nicer set and more minions to follow her.

Please don't compare her to Oprah. Oprah would NEVER do the type of Maury type shows that Tyra does.
I used to LOVE Tyra but her talk show is cheap and trashy and I don't understand why they compare her to Oprah instead of comparing her with Springer and Povich where she belongs.
She could do so much more with that show and she chooses to have it look like US Weekly instead of some quality topics and programming. Its a shame.

Well she's learned a lot in the modeling business and even if someone doesn't have a degree, that does not necessarily mean they are not qualified to do something great. . .she's trying and her topics are controversial, which she dangerously enters on and on unlike Oprah who enters that field occasionally. It's not like she's the only one who talks, she gets people WITH degrees to voice their opinions as well to add credibility.
She is admiring sometimes. . .I have to admit that whole segment defending herself when the tabloid called her fat was such a waste

I used to like Tyra until the more I saw her the more I realized how self-centered and self-righteous she is. Just a quality I don't care for in people. Because of that, I don't waste my time watching or listening to her.
