i kinda like seeing other people pulled over by the cops, not because im glad they might be getting a ticket (unless they cut me off or were obviously driving drunk), but because i think i figure that now the chances of myself getting pulled over are extremely unlikely

This is a light tunes or R&B song I heard at a company party about 6 years ago. It is sung by a man, I know the main portion of the song has; "Do you really wanna dance?" OR "Do you really NOT wanna dance?" (not sure which, but it has a dance beat). He also says something about having your back to the wall or your feet on the floor, etc. and in between the main chorus are back-up singers singing, "Get down on it."
Does this song sound familiar? Who is it by?

i used to play bass and drums. I never learned to read music until I started compose music using noteworthy. but have limite knowledge on, well everything. so i bought a key board and learned a few songs but it severly limited my creativity. does any body know any sites or books that can teach me with out destroying what I've already learned

o.k. my father is deceased but my moms x husband who is still in my eyes a dad to me need a song. the song i was going to play for me n my real father if he was alive was butterfly kisses so not that one. He has been my rock for many years n i want a song to dance with him to let him know that no matter what happens he will always be a daddy to me. some may say its wrong to have my moms x there but if you had someone raise you from the age of 5-21 when they divorced youd understand. He helped push me through school was there to hold me when i found out my father died w/o him i'd have no one to talk to as a father figure.
