Who sings this song that is played on American Idol?

This season after the singers are eliminated, they play a song about a 'beautiful girl'. What is the name of this song and/or who sings it?

This season it's Chris Daughtry "Home". Get his cd, its excellent. It didn't go platinum twice over if it was bad. If you like a softer jazzy style, try Elliot Yamin's new cd. I like it too.

The song I've heard played after someone is eliminated is HOME by Chris Daughtry. Hope this helps.

I'm not sure. I know that last year's song was "Bad Day" by Daniel Powter. I know that is not helpful for you, but I wanted to tell you that.
