at the favorite resteraunt yet they are so ghastly thin! With paper for skin, with little flaps of thin tissue at the edge of underarms and at the sides of collar bones and the backs of their arms are just loose little sails of skin with no muscle nor fat to support it? They have long sleeves allot of the time or are photographed so the stringy musculature without any fat layer does not appear too sever and gaunt. However when you are not ingrossed in the story and the sound is down and you glance over you are appalled at the skeletal look of taunt facial skin and papery loose arm skin with hands showing every joint and bone like bird claws! Is this what America really celebrates as "radiant beauties"?

A Japanese n a US joint naval exercise is going on...says the Jap Commander to his US counterpart, " Our sailors have more guts then yours, they are more brave"....The US Comm say.."OK, prove it"....The Jap Comm orders a sailor on the Carrier, to jump in the sea..the sailor promptly does so...Says the Jap Comm.."See, thats what I call guts n bravery of the highest order" Now, the US Comm calls one of his sailors on the deck and orders him to jump too...The sailor yells, " Are you crazy Sir, I ain't gonna jump into those freaking cold fukcing waters..not me...why the hell did you get such a mad idea Sir..." The US Comm grins n says to the Jap.."See, that's what I call guts and REAL bravery"....

I only have a few friends cause my ex-friends who I obviously are no longer friends with...chose to be too easy and dirty and Im just not like that AT ALL! So its really hard for me to trust anyone in this world, I trust absolutely NO ONE 100% because every person lies!

So what do you think? Do you think its better to.........

Have just a couple good friends who are trustworthy but not 100% ... just trustworthy enough to tell them something!

Or have a WHOLE BUNCH of friends and not trust any of them? BE HONEST!

I consider myself to be very flexible, being able to still do the splits is great, but i remember nearly doing myself an injury getting my leg behind my head lol...... are you flexible, and have you ever done yourself an injury trying to do something that requred being flexible? it would seem that the bones almost crystallize with age, so how do you keep your bones supple? is it through supplements, exercise, etc....?
