Please help me choose an amp for electric guitar. I want an amp suitable for home practice and in band and playing small gigs.

Recently made a move from acoustic to electric,but have little experience with the amps. I play Jazz/blues/funk/rock (in that order) with a les paul standard. No real heavy stuff. I've narrowed it down to the following amps, and my favorite so far based on quality is the Zoom Fire-36. http://www.zoom.co.jp/english/products/fire36/
but not sure if it will do the job for small gigs being 36 W
My second choice is the Marshall, Behringer or Ashton.

Any comments or suggestions?

What are the best ways to get people to attend your gigs??

I'm playing my 2nd gig in a couple of weeks and want as much attendance as possible, i've been promoting like crazy but do any of you know a good way to promote gigs? my first gig had a good attendance but only 5 people came specifically to see me lol.

I saw 6 kittens were left to death this morning, My mom tried to save them but we gave up on them later, do u.

If you were stranded on an island with ten other people.?

The people you are stranded with are; An exarmy guy, a farmer, a psychiatrist, beauty pageant winner, a priest, an elderly woman, a woodsman, a New York city guy, a pregant lady, and a teenage boy who is in to rock climbing.
The food available on the island are; coconuts and bananas but they are up in the trees, fish if you catch it, tree leaves, and grubs. In the early early mornings the beach is filled with large crabs.
The tools you have are; a net, pocket knife, a kit that teaches you how to make fire, your shoes, crochet needles that the elderly lady had, a metal cane from the elderly lady,and your clothes.
