There was a hearing before Christmas. Dog did not attend only his lawyer. It was postponed until Jan.14 2007

Its been put on hold because a judge in Mexico is deciding if there is enough evidence and was procedure followed.

hes had the ankle braclet taken off but i dint hear nothing abount the extradition case that took place christmas week.
