Guitar tech help!!!! Pick up's faulty - can you help???

A new guitar I have seems to have dodgy pick up's. I'm told it's called microphonic feedback, caused by movement inside the pick up. Theye are usually wax dipped to cut this out but mine seems to have not been dipped / poorly dipped.

Is there a way to fix this myself? Please help, much appreciated.

Comedy series about a rehabilitation clinic?

Im searching for a Comedy series about a rehabilitation clinic.
I believe its made in the late ninetees, early 00's.
The main character used to be an actrice, she's addicted to booze and men.
Her roommate/best friend is a lesbian girl.
Her mother has also been an actrice.
The lesbian girl dies later in the season.

I hope someone can tell me what's the name of the show....

One is played when Josie goes to that latin dance club. What's the first song that is being played when she walks in?

One is played when Josie and Guy are crowned King and Queen of the prom and are dancing.
