Due to the telepathy (world receiving my thoughts), or after the telepathy is gone.
Is that true? If so, is it sometime soon?

This is reverse telepathy when the world is hearing your thoughts. Its not a very comfortable gift to have - everyone listening in on what's going on in your head.
So actually I think that if you get rid of it you would be better off. Maybe you'll get the other kind of telepathy where you can hear what others are thinking? Or some other cool gift? Who knows?
But I'm sure you'll not die - either way. I mean, not yet, not in the nearest future.
