OH MY GOD
i have never seen a more impolite bunch of B E R K S in my life.
Some flights were canceled due to bad weather and the passengers are calling the staff at the check in gates every name under the sun.
can these people not understand that the weather is NOT UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE AIRLINES??
As i work in Customer Services i have to say that the staff did everything correctly.
just unbelievable!!!

My daughter is six and I remind her every so often that if someone touches her private parts to tell mommy. My girlfriend overheard the conversation and stated that its too soon to be talking like that to my daughter.
