which i have never understood

and i am having a hard time understanding this echelon thing

"echelon" is what the 30stm fans are called, a song from their first album, and also the name of their onlint street team. which you can join for free.

Except of the song, ECHELON is how 30stm fans call themselves. In a usual meaning, Echelon means 1. a line of ships, soldiers, planes... which are arranged to create a certain pattern 2. rank or level o9f authority in an organization, or people of that level.
