OH MY GOD
i have never seen a more impolite bunch of B E R K S in my life.
Some flights were canceled due to bad weather and the passengers are calling the staff at the check in gates every name under the sun.
can these people not understand that the weather is NOT UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE AIRLINES??
As i work in Customer Services i have to say that the staff did everything correctly.
just unbelievable!!!

The school children who couldn't catch the plane to the ski resort had the right idea... they applauded the teacher for doing his best but accepted the situation.
The adults should watch and learn!

Yup, i do not a lot television both. I oftentimes watch song channels like Scuzz (on Sky). :D Or if I leave out a programme I watch it on-line (call for 5 / BBC iPlayer and so on..) or only common ignore about all of it at the same time. besides the very shown truth that we some recorded video clips, that I nonetheless opt to video reveal. I personally find that the check in staff of some U.K. airlines are amongst some of the most ignorant and bombastic people it has been my misfortune to meet

What channel?? Ive seen Airline before. I hate that fat middle-aged woman in Chicago though, and I like the African American lady at LAX.

I enjoy Airline,the staff are patient and in control,if that were me I would blow up and be fired that day,as I have no patience no it alls!

yeah ive just seen the angry barcelona passengers, to be honest i think they overreact because they know they are on camera
