Is it Gilmore Girls or 7th Heaven? for us girls i think Gilmore Girls is better because they have a special bond between the two of them and i think that a lot of us can realate to that. 7th heaven is a good family tv show to though.

The only thing I can think of is the fact that Superman's name is Kal-El, and his father is Jor-El. Two "El's" seem to be the focus of the entire comic book.

I've never followed the comic books, so I really have no clue why this would be. Any idea?

Do you know before they come? How do you brace yourself before they hit? How do you handle the stress during those times? Do you feel euphoric once they pass? Or do you feel lost like you can't remember how to NOT be busy?

Just curious. I just finished up "hell week" at work and I'm coming down off of a "busy" high and can't quite figure out what to do with myself.

Three men were hiking through a forest when they came upon
a large, raging, violent river. Needing to get on the other side, the first man
prayed "God, please give me the strength to cross the river."
Poof!
God gave him big arms and strong legs and he was able to swim across in
about 2 hours, having almost drowned twice.
After witnessing that, the second man prayed, "God, please give me
strength and the tools to cross the river."
Poof!
God gave him a rowboat and strong arms and strong legs and he was able
to row across in about an hour after almost capsizing once.
Seeing what happened to the first two men, the third man prayed, "God,
Please, give me the strength, the tools and the intelligence to cross this
river" .
Poof!
He was turned into a woman. She checked the map, hiked one hundred yards
upstream and walked across the bridge.

I think this is SOOOO funny!!
