Could be but I would think that car accidents have a worse affect on both health and auto insurance and wonder why smoking is the only one taking it on the chin.

well ok, know its keeps my stress level down, plus don't have to worry about strangers bothering me, cauce we all know them there smokers smell like a ash tray, plus they don't want to get near second smoke
