I just got my ipod a couple days ago and can't figure out how to put the media files i already have onto it. The itunes help says click upload or add folder to library, but for some reason it just won't work. Please HELP!

I watched this movie when I was young and can't remember the name. I can hardly remember the details.....It has something to do with an arcade machine and a group of teens.....at one point there are no people left on earth but them and they go to the mall and do whatever they want because they have no parents or adults around. ive been having this dream for as long as i can remember, it doesnt come all the time but its reaccuring,

the setting is in apartments and its night and im on the patio i dont know what floor in on and i fall past a light sometimes its the streetlights and sometimes its the moon and when i hit the ground or about to hit the ground, my whole body just jerks and wakes me up, i did this in school one day,lol yes i was sleepin in school and when i jerked i scared the person next to me so i jerked really hard,
