Lest we forget Severus Snape in the Harry Potter movies, Alan Rickman is great as a villian.

Rudger Howers hitchhiker role in "The Hitcher", An 80's C. Thomas Howell movie. If you haven't seen it, rent it, you will not be disappointed. Sheer sinister, evil, completely void of a soul, the perfect villain.
