Alan Rickman is chilling in Robin Hood or as Hans Gruber in Die Hard.
Lest we forget Severus Snape in the Harry Potter movies, Alan Rickman is great as a villian.

Rudger Howers hitchhiker role in "The Hitcher", An 80's C. Thomas Howell movie. If you haven't seen it, rent it, you will not be disappointed. Sheer sinister, evil, completely void of a soul, the perfect villain.

My fav actor, Gary Oldman, has played alot of them like in "True Romance", "Bram Stoker's Dracula", "Immortal Beloved", "The Contender", "The Professional", "Air Force One", The Fifth Element" - check those out, he's an extremely fun to watch villain!
