The best one I have ever made is off the Quaker Oatmeal Box (I get a really large box from Sam's Clubs). Also another good one is the no bake cookies. Just need cocoa, oatmeal (quick oats), peanut butter, milk and sugar. No baking - just take off the heat and drop on wax paper. My kids (and hubby) can't get enough I have to make them at midnight and then hide them.

Sorry, I only know how to eat them! Costco sells some really good almost "homebaked" cookies that are scrumpdidelyumptious! Not as sweet as cucumber, but close!
