There's a possibility we'll be spending it on a cabin by the ocean, so i'll bring plenty of wine, snacks and candles. What present should i get her though? and if we don't make it to the coast, what should i do instead? THANK you, I have 1 week to get it together :)

This just in: California bans holding cell phones while driving. Why hasn't this been adopted everywhere? For an investment of about ten dollars in a headset or a phone cradle, people can talk on their phones and drive normally. The world is a much safer place when common sense is utilized. What do you think? And why wouldn't intelligent people use a headset or cradle voluntarily?
