You can watch them in www.youtube.com but if you want to download them try www.animeyume.com (you have to sign up but everything's free) just do a search for Naruto and it'll show you all the torrents they have, download the ones subbed by DettaBayo (DB).
As for how fast they take to download it depends on how many seeds they have and what connection you have but its about 170MB each episode so make sure you have the space to store all 200 current ones lol. You'll also need a program to use the torrents I recomend Azureus but you can try BitTornado also.

torrents.... they have the best quality
1. download Azureus( just serch it)
2. after installing Azureus go to torrentspy.com
3. search for the movies/videos you want
4. click on the results( best to click on first one)
5. a window will appear... click on open( not save on disk)
6. Azureus will open... pick where you want to save the file
7. let the file download [may take a while depending on the amount of seeders( people with the complete file)]
8. when finish downloading get a video codec
9.play movie

I know from experience that you can download eps 1-177 without having to pay the $5.00 to become a special member.

narutocentral.com is really updated, problem is, you can only watch the latest 5 eps. Everywhere else just sucks and takes a whole shitload of time. realitylapse.com works okay, the things don't time out...

i don't really know where to download all naruto episodes but all i know is that you can watch it in this website www.youtube.com.... my sister has watched all the episodes of naruto in youtube...she's already waiting for the new season of naruto
