It was one of the older shows where 2 boys are in love with the teacher. One of the boys is Jackie Cooper, I think, and the other is a chubby kid named Norman.
The 3 of them are sitting on the sofa with the teacher in the middle. Norman hands her a gift like flowers or candy or something and the teacher says, "Thank you, Norman."
And Norman says, "Don't call me Norman, call me 'Chubsy-ubsy'."

I have lots of those episodes on DVD but i can't find that one because I don't know the name!

What was the name of the actress on Diff'rent Strokes that played Arnold and Dudley's teacher. I don't remember what season but her (real) last name was Kennedy. She was very pretty, long hair, African American. I already looked her up on imdb and they don't have her listed in the cast, but she was on several episodes.
I saw her a number of years back hosting a pageant or something on TV, she had gained a bit of weight and she appeared to have a bit of a shakiness, like maybe Parkinsons, perhaps.

Does anyone remember who I'm talking about? What's her first name?

This is probably my last entry for awhile, for tonight’s my last night. We’ve had some pretty hard times for quite awhile and several family tragedies. No point in going into it because Everyone has problems, and so many are MUCH Worse than mine. I Know this is a passing thing, just part of life, and Things Will Look Up… but it has been a Very ugly day.

I just feel a little frightened and alone tonight. I could REALLY use a touch of humor right now, and perhaps a couple of prayers couldn't hurt either. Thank you to all who have been so wonderful here. I really love the people and this site! I'm going to miss you and hope to return soon after I relocate. God Bless You All And Thank You For All Your Help And Humor!
