No, that's called being a hypocrite! Are you? Be sincere, people don't like to be made fools of. Would you like to have someone do that to you?
When it comes to people the Golden Rule always applies:
"Do on to others the way you would like others do on to you!"

Nope cause I don't hang around with people I don't like and I'm a outspoken person and I can never keep my mouth shut long enough to have many friends. SO one that I really didn't like deep down in side I'm sure I would tick off very soon into the relationship

No but I used to.
My reason for not liking the person I was dealing with is that she did not know how to be a good friend to me. She acted selfish, competitive and used things that I confided in her about against me.
I finally had enough of her and just stopped talking to her, but I felt bad for not being honest with her about how I felt all along. Acting tolerant of her was really phony and cowardly of me.
Sometimes I think we both would have benefited more from me being more direct about what I really thought of her.
If this person you are dealing with has the potential to become a person that you might like, then maybe you should share with them things that they do that make you dislike them. Sometimes people are not aware of their character flaws. Plus you wont have to "fake it" every time they come around.

Yes! Well she's not my friend, she's my sister! I don't like her cause she chose a guy over her kids and family. She tries to talk to me cause I'm not mean to her but I ignore her and act non-chalant

The worst ones are the ones who aren't your friends, but go to places with you and mooch off your crap only to diss you later.

I still talk to my ex-girlfriend and she thinks we're friends, but I really don't like talking to her. She's kind of pathetic.
