When I say that, I mean, how can I become strong on a stage while performing. For example, Beyonce. When she performs, she's SOO energetic. She never gets tired when singing and dancing, and she's very entertaining on the stage.

Why is everyone going crazy and hurting people in the latest episode of the 4400?

First Shawn is going crazy, then they piss off Isabel and now she’s on a killin’ spree, then En-tak guy what’s his name is contemplating killing Isabel, What’s his name’s wife put some AA dude in a coma to re-live his nightmare of his hit and run… sheesh! ALL in one episode, talk about crazy and suspenseful but dang why the craziness of putting it ALL in one episode, are the makers of this show trying to prove a point or get ratings?
