I thought it was inevitable that there would have to be good and bad people from the future. Apparently, Matthew was from the future as well and working with the anti-4400 group that created Isabell (Not anymore though, hehehe).
She killed Matthew but technically she didn't kill any of the other people in that episode. She "turned their powers against them". We'll have to wait and see what she does in future episodes. Now that Matthew is gone I am looking forward to Jordan showing up again. I wonder if he has developed a power now that he is back from the dead?

Actually, it is consistent with events so far. Given the effect that she had on the health of Jordan Collier, even as an unborn, it's not a surprise that her existence would be an omen of sinister forces at play. However, it will be interesting to see if she is fated to some destiny or if free-will will play a role in the story. Stay tuned!
