Well depends on where you come from I spose, most people only have one spouse at a time, hehe. But in another context, reffering to your own spouse and a mates spouse at the same time, well I'm sure they wouldn't mind being reffered to as spice. :)

The answer is perhaps....I am mormon for instance,and although I don't have 'spice', the consistent joke that I hear would involve the idea of multiple spouses....

Then house becomes hice, blouse becomes blice, arouse becomes arice, carouse becomes carice. The singular for rice will be rouse, trice is trouse, price is prouse, ..............and the ultimate.........ice is ouse. hahahaha
