in the anime bleach, does anyone know how Ichigo already had death god powers even before Rukia gave em to him?

No, at the beginning everyone has some sorta of spirit energy, but the reason why his spiritual energy stands out is when he first touched the girl that passed away in episode one. You can refer back to this in episode one when Ichigo first meets Rukia in his bedroom.

He got his power from his father. If you read the bleach manga, you'll see his father in shinigami form (cool!) when he help someone (i forgot who is he, but he from soul society and what chapter is) This happen after Soul Society act

Did you mean Ichiro? As in Ichiro Suzuki? He played in the Japanese baseball league before coming over to the US. That's part of why he's such a great hitter. (I know you didn't mean Ichiro Suzuki, but I couldn't help myself)
