So, the Vulcan/Spock hand 'V' thing - I am right handed and can only do the V with my left hand. I've tested this on a small sample of friends and family, all the right-handers can only do it with their left hand and vice-versa.

What about you? Anybody truly ambidextrous give it a go.

Maybe it's some skeletal-muscular thing.

why do people (most of the time girls) like a band b/c the singer is hot or sexy? that is not a reason to like a band people. you should like a band b/c of their music not b/c of their looks. tell me what you think of this.

I ask because with everybody up in arms over video piracy, this seems to be a good question. I'm not in the US, and don't have access to much anime on TV - its usually the boring kiddy shows with little or no plot. I have downloaded fansubs, and don't see anything wrong with this, because someone has loved the series enough to take the time to do it - its also 'their' work they're sharing. And this is how I judge whether the DVDs are worth buying when they hit the shops here - they are usually $30-40NZ. So what do other people think?

I have a friend who will be turning 32 soon, he gave me some terribly embarassing gifts for my birthday AT WORK IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. I want some inexpensive (like under 35-40 dollars) gag gift ideas, and where can I buy them? I was thinking something like "Obese naked women novelty playing cards" but I can't find any online.
