the musical notes r just the names of every tone you would find in any musical instrument. For keyboard, they are the white and black keys, for guitar they r the frets, and so on.
There r 7 main notes and sub ones. the main ones are
C D E F G A B ( that's the " C " major scale & a scale in music is simply a certain progression of notes, the c major scale is the most known scale to musicians even beginers )
the sub notes r the sharps or flats for those notes
the C# is the next higher tone to the C, you can call it C sharp, or D flat it doesn't matter ( it matters if your studying music theory )
So you got, C# ( means C sharp ), D# , F#, G# , A#
I didn't skip the E, B notes but the sharp of E, is the F note, and the sharp of B, is the C note . ( after the B note, you start again from C ) .
The sharp notes for the main notes are the black keys in a keyboard.
For all american musicians and american music schools they r known as what i ve said earlier : C D E F G A B
for most of the world they are in the italian Form :
Do, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La, Si .. and then you start from Do again .
they r the same, and im quite sure of that cuz i ve studied music in this way before. not as C D E F G A B.
