i know its an expression used to show excitement, and i went to great googly moogly.com where this guy says it, 3 6 mafia said it in one of their songs, and i saw the chefs snickers commercial, but that still doesnt tell me anything... i think it might mean ugly, but pls tell me.

It's a PDF that is not fillable, and we should be filled by pen, and then printed.

But there is a small box for name and signature that says "Please print", I wondered do they mean to write in 'All capital' or 'noraml' by this phrase.
