Have any of you tried and succeeded to get pregnant while in your mid to late thirties and if so could you tell me what things you did to ensure a healthy pregnancy both for you and your child? My husband & I have tried for years (4-6) with no luck, tried infertility treatments which weren't for us, ruled out any problems with either of us & recently decided to adopt but are now feeling the desire to get pregnant, whichever comes first. We really want a family. I'd love to hear your thoughts & best answer will go to the one that touches my heart. I don't mean to sound corny but if you are female & in my situation you'll understand what I mean. Thanks :o)
