why do ppl spell their names with two letters. like lloyd and aaron

Okay so i'm trying to come up with a nickname for my Bestest guy buddy Zack.
My friend Meesha made me one~
Mandarenie-Tandarenie-Ballarenie

so i wanted to make one for zack and came up with a first part
Zackaroo, i want his to just have to parts not 3, but i dunno what would go!!

Also if you could help me with the rhyming of Meesha...for her nickname, that would be great!!
