If the bank is holding onto your driver's licensed, can you obtain another one from the DMV?

Why is the bank holding it?
I'd say you should go to the DMV and let them know so they can cancel the old one and re-issue you one. You need it to drive!!!!

no. you need to DMV and inform them about your licensed, or simply asked the bank for ur licensed.

I would say yes. I don't think it is legal for them to hold your DL.

WTF? Why is the bank holding your license. That is illegal.
