how can I type more intelligibly?

I am intelligent and I have been told that I'm not just articulate. I've also been told I'm some what intellectual but when I type I sound like a retard who is having a sessur {I can't spell sessur}. first of all I really can't spell. scond of all I sometimes mix up words and have no gramer to speak of. if thats not bad enough I've been known to mention myself in 3rd person.

I can speak very well and it shows but I can't type worth anything. it sounds great in my head but it reads like I've had no sleep for three days an have been beat til I can barely think.

please help me an please let this be intelligible.

The word "ain't" is a shortcut for what?

For example the word "won't" is a shortcut for "Will not"
So what's the complete word for "aint" and please tell me what it means exactly and why don't we use the word "not" instead?
