I have to decode these three thrases:

1st Phase

)&@)!(^(
!@)&!($!
)*)^!($%

2nd Phase

* > _ > _ // _ @ _ @
_ _ * @ * _ * _ @
_ > _ @ // > _ _ _ @ _ _

3rd Phase

......_
...._
....._

And here are some clues to help me on my way:

PHASE 1

The Key to not being Bored is to figure the meaning of time.

PHASE 2

// means SPACE
Each Symbol, each dash is a letter.
Symbol with Symbols to mate and form what a group of letters form.
Too bad, each offspring is missing its Tail

PHASE 3

The offspring is missing it's tail.
With each missing Tail, it will give you the 3 letters you need

Each Puzzle's answer is apparently 3 letters.

Thankyou and goodluck

There is an 'S' in the word 'LISP'. That's tough to say when you actually have a lisp.=)

Just curiousity knocking at my door again.. I have heard many jokes / songs about certain first and last names that went together to either be a reminder of somone else's famous name, or a running joke that would sound like a prank call when a person announced their names.

I have No idea why anyone with the last name of Head would think of Richard as a first name for their child... or why any man would actually follow through on the Johnny Cash song and name their son Sue... Why do you think people do this to their children?

If you have a name like this or even if you just didn't like your given name, have you ever considered changing it legally?. Why or Why not?

Does your name suit your personality?

I'm making two "family" pages for my scrapbook (side-by-side). I need some good phrases/quotes/sayings, not too long and preferably with little, if any, duplicates of the same letter in the phrase. (I want to write it out with stickers and I only have two sets of the alphabet.) The phrase should start with "Family..." (for the left page), and then the rest of the phrase on the right page. (ie, family...life's little gift; except that I can't use this bc it has 3 Ts.) Please help, thank you!!

Here are some classic examples.
"He opened the door in his dressing gown." Why would there be a door in his dressing gown?
"When you have have finished using the teapot stand upside down on the draining board." I can't sit on it let alone do handstands.
"This door is alarmed." What is so scary that it can frighten a door?"
"Time flies" Why? I don't care about the speed of insects.
Any other "Literalists" got any examples?
