My main achievements are that I have raised two strong, successful, independent, caring daughters, and helped with raising a foster son and two step-daughters who are all also successful, independent, caring people. From these five kids we have five, soon-to-be-six, wonderful grandchildren.
Achievements that lead to monetary reward or career recognition are important and satisfying, but the real rewards are people.

All of this I can credit to God and parents and good influences around me, but here goes:
Graduated as valedictorian of high school class
Received two Bachelor's degrees from college
Served a full 18-month mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
Composed about 20 songs to date
Wrote about 120 poems
Taught piano to over 30 students age 6 to 89
Wrote one roadshow, two puppet show scripts, one full-length musical, one murder mystery for dinner theater, two melodramas
Designed a skunk puppet that made my grandpa laugh while he was living out the end of his life in a nursing home
Got to Level 5 on this ask yahoo website today!
That's enough for now.

My biggest achievement has been raising my three children. They're all good kids....all have graduated from college even though none were rocket scientists. I know a lot of people didn't think that my spouse and I were creating a good family environment because of our blue-collared jobs, only high school graduates and didn't live in the best part of town.....but it goes to show you that perseverance has paid off.
