It is shut up. Shutted isn't a word and shat is a past tense of shite.
Shut up is most often used in the imperative though, which doesn't have a past tense obviously.

It already is in the part tense. It's a little over-written, but the bones are good. Try to cut out so many adjectives and adverbs...make the nouns and verbs do the work. You'll end up with a tauter, more compelling story.

used in sentences...
She did shut up.
She had shut up after I yelled at her.
She didn't shut up when I kicked the cat.
My wife wouldn't shut up after I told her I was wrong.
