Hi! I'm looking for the website address for No Child Left Behind, specifically the official rules/document. What I'm looking for in that act is the information that states that all special needs children are required to be tested at grade level and to make adequate yearly progress.

If you know where I can find this specific information, please let me know. I've done a search on Google, but am finding way too many citations to sift through.

Or if you can help me with locating the specific citation I'm looking for, that would really help me.
Thanks for your help!
