Apply for a job at a bank. Only banks and other financial institutions provide mortgages and each has its own procedures. You will need to learn the procedures for the institution you work for and it should be willing to train you. Otherwise, I'm not aware of any school that has specific training for mortgage processors, but classes in bookkeeping will be very helpful.
