I have a GED, I'm 20 and only completed up to my sophmore year in high school. I would like to go for Nursing or Pharmacy technician which is in the field of health care.

You'll might need the ACT/SAT. If you go for Nursing, might sure it is a RN program. One does not need anymore than a high school diploma to become a pharmacy tech. Pharm Tech jobs don't pay much. They are easily paid half of what a new RN is paid.

Congrats on doing the GED. I think it might be worth looking at staring at a community college for both Nursing and pharm tech. Check to see what agreements your local community college has with 4 year nursing programs. I'm sure there are programs.

You probably don't have to take the SAT if you start in a community college. Just make sure the credits are going to transfer and stay away from odd courses at community college. Stick to core stuff.

You do not need any test to enroll in community college. If you are planning on nursing you may have to take the NLA exam which is an entrance exam giving the nursing program. There are many successful students who went to college after obtaining a GED

an entry exam to start with, probably a tasp or something of that nature too.
