sleep is really important ! i think it is better than pulling all nighters. I used to pull all nighters too, but i realized that it is not the right way to go.

just always try to be organized and make sure you allocate enough time for your tests, so you dont end up cramming.
when studying, i like to take 30 minute breaks for every 2 hours. what I like to do is to read the textbook, and then after i finish reading a page, i try to type out what I just read about. this lets you put everything into your own words and helps test your memory.

i also type out a page of all the bolded terms from the chapter, and memorize them all once the chapter is complete.

also, don't forget to eat healthy snacks! dont eat stuff like chips or candy, it makes you feel worse. eat veggies&dip , nuts, etc. they are a better alternative. and drink lots of water! a cup of coffee is good too :) but not too much coffee! or you wont be able to fall asleep.

and sleep is most important! :D
i hope these tips help you :D good luck on yout test!

start studying now. don't study at home study at a library or where there will be no distractions. i suggest studying for an hour or two then take a break and make sure you eat. history is about remembering, math is about practice. so practice. hope this helps; good luck.

Use your weekends to catch up with the weeks lessons. Always review last weeks courses on the weekends and you'll always be prepared. And remeber your sleep will allow you to do better on your test, so don't stay up all night, you'll get a lower grade.

Calm down, perform some meditations by clearing your mind and slowing your body down.
Then, try to focus with all your might everything you have learned.
This is a simple exercise to full utilize the brain and its 'primary functions'.

Good luck.
Hope you'll succeed!

write all formulae, important dates/facts on a sheet BREIFLY and read them jus before you go into your exams. once the test starts on a scrap piece of paper (where possible, if not on the answer paper) write all your facts down. that way you only have a few minutes between remembering and test beggining
