I didn't mean you personally.

Good point.

And to answer your question, one could argue that there is something at stake for the homeless person. Whereas for the bad spellers in this crowd, nothing, save for a couple of lousy points per answer.

So they can dribble.

But the homeless person has to "work" for his money, and "earn" it. So "impressions" are everything...and a good speller is always appreciated.

Further, advertisements are, normally, not really complicated regarding grammatical composition and structure. And could very well be left to interpretation given the context. Like this very sentence that you're reading right now. Any english teacher would strike it out as a fragment. But it fits perfectly and in correct composition given the context of this response.

So homeless people are pretty much more capable of utilizing simple grammar to make a point.

That, and maybe they just asked somebody else who was walking by to write the damn sign for them.

Good day!

Some others on this site are retarded. Also, homeless people probably just copy it off of someone else. Some people here just don't want to spell things right or they don't check their previewed answers, so they make too many mistakes. Or maybe the homeless person's parents had more money than them, so the homeless person had a descent education. There could be many reasons why your observations are true.

Because those people here are actors and those on the road are real homeless.

Just because there homeless don't mean there under educated. I leave that to Hollywood.

Also what I don't understand is why are there any homeless people, period. Some illegal immigrants come with less than a backpack to a country where they don't even speak their language, and still manage to send millions of dollars back to Mexico. Weird.

most of the homeless people are actually people who use to have very successful jobs and positions. Lawyers, doctors, and etc. Money is the ruler of all evil

good question master baits! i think you should be considering two things. 1) people here aren't using signs...... pedantic but true, which leads me to the secont point. 2) if you can understand the question, does it matter if the spelling is right or not???? hummmmm a cunning conundrum.

Is he typing his road sign out? I see a lot of people catching hell for their spelling, but have you thought that maybe they just aren't good typists?
