24 pie takes 3 revolutions. one revolution is 24pi/3 = 8 pi

24 pi taking 2 revolutions means the wheel has circumferance of 24pi/2 = 12 pi.

you have 2 circumferences. find the radius of both using 2pie *r = circumference. This means the rubber applied adds 2 inches to radius.

r of smaller = 4
r of larger = 6
larger rim is 2 inches larger than the smaller rim bc 6 - 4.
