please read it all
i can type and draw on the computer very well. but when it comes to hold the pencil, something goes wrong. i am currently 18 years old and i can tell you excally what i need. but if i need to write answers to a test, what i write hard to read and even more hard to understand. i read at a 6th grade level, anything harder and i get over welmed. i spell check everything i do. i have a alpha smart. its like a little computer that is for typing. it workes but i feel like i need more. i cant take a quiz in my class room because i couldnt have read what its about, and also i cant really read the questions to answer them. i'm smart but the teachers cant prove it, because i cant take a test to prove that i'm bright.
my math is also really poor. i've taken "algebra one" three times!
i mix up the "x" and the "+"

i'm in special ed, but we are thinking i need more. i dont know what kind of learning disorder i might have. WHAT DOES IT SOUND LIKE I MIGHT HAVE?
please help

how many words per minutes must you read to be concederd "able to read"
what if you are older the 9th grade and you read at a 1st or 2nd grade level, does that make you illiterate? basically waht does illiterate mean? does it change from person to person?
