we are to be blamed. we cannotr blame the police for what we have done.

There will never be an answer to all of the worlds problems. All the police do is enforce the laws that people you're not allowed to talk to put into effect.

police are there from preventing the problem from getting worse.
To be the answer to all the world problems, or at least those caused by humans, the individual has to be taught the 'correct way'.
Well, the world now is in conflict as to what "way," if any, to follow. However, this conflict in itself manifests more problems.
Such is life.

We, ourselves, can only help ourselves, not just the police.
Becaue of that, we can only blame ourselves.
