Both your sentences are grammatically incorrect. If your question however is the proper spelling of the word PRACTICE/PRACTISE, then both spellings are correct but it depends on which english standard are you using. The two common and mostly accepted english standards are that of American and British. Practice with a "C" is the american way of spelling the word correctly and Practise with an "S" is the british way of spelling the word. You can choose either to use british and american english, but if you choose to use british, you have to be consistent with your spelling, grammar, syntax etc.
I hope I was able to help you.
cheers.

Both sentences are grammatically wrong!
Well, as I'm a teacher I can explain it easily.
First of all you have to replace 'of', use 'to'.
Then, about the words practice/ practise it's quite simple:
- 'practice' is a noun
- 'practise' is a form of the verb 'to practise'
So, in this case you have to use the noun.
Helped you?

A and B are correct. You can use practice or practise either way.
But recently, practice is more appropriately used.

This is the category for special education, this refers to school children who have special educational needs.
This seems to be more a question about spelling and grammar for a non-native english speaker.
If you need help with spelling I would encourage you to use a word processing program with "spellcheck" that has a dictionary in your choice of "American" English spelling or "British" spellings so that you can be consistent. More help might be offered in the Primary & Secondary Education category or in Society & Culture"s Language category.

A spells practice correctly, but the phrase doesn't make a lot of sense.

NEITHER ! Are you trying to say "Please give more practice TO talking"? OR "Please practice talking more"? There is no "s" in the word practice--at least, not in the American language (I'm not sure about the Brits).
