I consistently study hard and understand the material before taking an in-class test. I am always well-rested and reasonably confident before the test. Yet, somehow, I consistently make stupid mistakes and end up flunking. Even when I go back and check my answers, I usually get them wrong. If I'm prepared, thorough, confident, and rested for a test, why am I having so much trouble?

My husband is an Army recruiter and got a last minute assignment to teach a class tomorrow about making face to face contact with people to recruit and area canvassing which is getting involved in the community to get people interested in joining the army. We have no idea where to start with this... he has to teach for a full hour. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

Please no mean comments!!... he just really needs help figuring out how to structure what he's teaching and how to make it into an hour.

It is an Italian youth carbine. My great unlce sent it home to my dad when he was just a kid during the war. It is very small, only 30 inches long. It has an expandable bayonett. It even has a brass plate on the stock with the name of the Italian soldier it was issued to at the time. Where can I find some real history on this rifle, Besides the internet and the Antiques Roadshow???

I teach on a block schedule, which means that classes are normally 75 minutes. However, Monday we have a pep rally at the beginning of the day, so classes are 55 minutes. My last period of the day will be doing a 5 paragraph in class essay that I normally would give 75 to do. I have already given them the topic and they can bring in a notecard with the thesis and quotes. Should I extend the time they are taking the essay to after school or should I cut down the number of paragraphs for that one class or should I do nothing? I was thinking of just seeing how it goes and telling the students at the end of class that if they need time they can stay after school for some time. please give advice!

Who has the meaningless job of monitoring yahoo questions? Does it take any sort of education? What sort of an education does a person need for it...at least a 6th grade education maybe? Could a person really feel proud of themselves with such a job?

Does the bible say that having intercourse with a man/woman is sin? If yes, where does it say?
